Sales Position
Full Time • Napa
This person would be responsible for determining customers audio, video, network & custom installation needs. This also includes answering phones, greeting customers, customer service, preparing proposals, workorders and completing invoices. The position is a mix of 80% residential and 20% commercial. This person would have at a minimum existing broad knowledge of consumer electronics and related material. Also needed, would be knowledge of Installation methods of High Definition televisions, Audio/Video receivers, Speakers, Streaming/Wireless music systems, Networking, programing & wiring methods.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient use of time & materials
- Complete service tickets, Invoices and daily route calendar as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Maintain clean & organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and/or more on an occasional basis with assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
